At Fragrance Inventory, we take pride in delivering genuine niche and designer fragrances with care. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Policy

Due to strict health, hygiene, and safety regulations governing the transport and handling of cosmetic liquids and perfumes, we operate a strict no-return policy for "change of mind" or instances where a fragrance profile does not meet personal preference.

Refunds or replacements are only issued under the following two conditions:

  1. Incorrect Item: You receive a product completely different from what was ordered.
  2. Damaged in Transit: The product arrives physically damaged or compromised.

If either applies, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the shipping box and the damaged/incorrect item. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement.

Non-Returnable Situations

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Change of mind or dissatisfaction with scent character
  2. Opened, used, or tampered products
  3. Items reported after the 48-hour post-delivery window
  4. Damage caused after confirmed carrier delivery
  5. Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

How to Submit a Claim

Email our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the outer shipping carton, shipping label, and the product in question. Incomplete submissions may delay review.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after claim verification. Bank processing times may vary. Replacements, when offered, are subject to inventory availability.
